About Us

Vista Executive Search is in the people business – the right people business. We deal with two communities: organisations looking for senior talent, and senior executives who are looking for a change, and may be at a career crossroads. We were founded in 2016 and have a decade of valuable experience in helping our clients and candidates alike.

Whether our clients are organisations or individuals, they will receive a very personal and tailored service, designed to make the experience a positive – and highly productive – one.

If you choose Vista Executive Search, we will listen carefully to your story: your needs, circumstances, challenges and what determines your operating and competitive environment. Warning: when warranted, we will ‘push back’ and challenge your thinking and assumptions. We will be as invested as you are in finding the right solution for you, and therefore equality in our exchanges is essential. Our aim: the ideal pairing of opportunity with the successful package that is talent and temperament.
