How we work

Agree

Once we agree client requirements we sign a contract outlining what we have to deliver. This includes dates for each milestone and exactly what the client can expect at each stage.

Assess

Initially we do a talent map and look at the entire market identifying between 60/80 candidates. We hold a calibration meeting with the client to discuss 12 sample clients to make sure we are all on the same page.

Engage

We approach the targeted candidates and discuss with them what they’re looking for in their career and focus on can they do the job, culture fit, chemistry fit with the line manager and salary expectations.

Filter

We score each candidate on between 8/10 attributes that the client has requested. We also take into account factors beyond the candidate’s CV such as whether they would make an impact in our clients business.

Present

Once screening interviews are completed we will present between 4/6 fully vetted candidates with a profile report. If the client is happy with all suggested candidates the interview process will commence, which we will manage.

Complete

Once the preferred candidate has been identified we will manage the offer and employment contract stages including reference checks and on boarding.
