Executive Coaching

As senior business people rise in seniority over the course of their career, they often experience the isolation that can accompany leadership roles. They may be surrounded by teams of colleagues, and have regular interaction with clients and suppliers, but the sense of loneliness can increase to the point that becomes a problem.

Executive coaching is a great way to step out of your normal environment, speak with a trusted person and effectively conduct a ‘sanity check’ on your career and related issues, and how they impact on your personal life – including your well-being.

We have a simple yet very powerful SWOT analysis that will help you identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Our clients find this a very helpful exercise and many of them choose to follow up with a tailored mentoring programme that helps them to examine their career status and direction in relation to their desires and ambitions.

We offer an executive coaching programme of four sessions and email and phone support, over usually a two month period. This investment of €720 is vital to get the best out of your next career move.

I used to absolutely dread interviews. You have just turned it around. I am a completely different person to the one I was before your training. I was very relaxed at my recent interview. As you said it is all about liking and getting to know the other person and I received really good feedback from them. I took on board all the things you said in our training. Thank you very much.
